Just logged in, noticed I had $60 credit for some reason so just brought an seo vps as well.

Your VPS should be delivered already. If you have credit balance then maybe you have 2 subscriptions for one invoice. Please cancel one subscription then it should be fine after that.

As you can see above. I've used one of their basic servers for well over a year. Its always up never had an issue.
I decided to get an SEO server as well. I couldn't get the thing to start up. I sent over a ticket, and within a couple of minutes I'd already had a reply. I'll be honest, I think it was a templated reply because it didn't really help with my actual question. I replied, to then get a near instant reply which sorted my problem.
To me, this is a good service. Using for over a year, never needed to test the support, the only time I have raised a ticket. I'm back running within 10 minutes.
To me, that's what a good hosting service should offer .... a package where I should never need support or to raise tickets, it just works

Seattle, WA or Los Angeles, CA should give you best remote connection. To run your Instagram software you should use US location.
