Hello Friends,

My two gigs removed by fiverr today saying its doing third party violation, its happened to me in past also and same gigs are live and doing very good, last time also i told them there are several same gigs why dont you remove this gigs, today i checked after a months and that gigs are still live, today my gigs removed again but same gig from other guy featured by fiverr and saying choosen by fiverr!!!!! I am frustrated, after loosing money on my start up i have only fiverr income and next month i have to pay my daughters school fees.

Question : Why fiverr do this ? if i did third party violation, then why others gigs are live and chosen and featured by fiverr ?

You answered your own question in the title, fiverr sucks!!

Why? Who knows. Bit like YouTube removing videos for community violations but thousands of others have videos up that stick.

Your are right, I gone crazy brother because of fiverr, shall you please tell me any alternative or shall i open my own webpage ? but if i open my own webpage for service i do not know how to promote it.

I do not know about reporting ? can any body ( competitor ) report the gig ? if yes then why fiverr is saying that its a third party violation ?

Fiverr is worst. I purchased some links few months back. They are no more available also the gig which i have ordered is also dead. I dont know how to contact the seller

I am honest and i always deliver double, i have 5 star review for all the orders, now my buyers will try to find me but they will not because fiverr sucksssssss.

Fiverr have always been very annoying in as much as they make decisions to do something and then you just can't talk to them about it - I always thought their support were rude and not helpful at all.

As said above, it could be that someone reported you, and I am guessing there was something about the gig that violated their terms - and even if other gigs are doing it, thats irrelevant because if someone reported you and drew their attention to your gig then you basically got singled out for it.

I agree with you it sucks.

Did you copy any of the contents of someone else's gig and pass it off as your own?
Two sellers last week had copied one of my gigs and even went as far as copying my avatar too. The only thing for it was to report them and their accounts have actually been removed from Fiverr. Some might say that this is a bit harsh.

From my point of view though, they were directly mimicking my gig and I don't know what the quality of it was like. Should it be the case that the copy cats do a subpar job, since the description and photos are identical to mine then it could look as though we're somehow connected. Do I feel guilty for having peoples accounts deleted? Not one bit. Just like I don't feel guility when I see that my web content has been copied by another site and I contact their hosting provider to have the content pulled.

Ping them an email and explain the situation that you had a gig before that he has copied. They'll still have access to your old gig.

I'd ask them why yours was deleted. Not much point in remaking it if it's going to be removed.
