The Best Fiverr gig that never gets old because it can never get old!
According to me, the best idea is "Video Testimonials"! Yeah, but why? Well because there are many who are doing it -
Do you see the number of orders?
But why you should do it?
Because companies keep looking for new faces, do see if someone did 900+ orders, this means he/she is one every testiomoial. For example, the person worked for a diet company and then a supplement company would hire him/her since that looks weird.

i have DSLR and i have knowledge in video editing (wondershare) is it enough for this?

I think that will do, the main thing on Fiverr is not just quality (I have seen people selling junkey logos for 50$ or more and great logos sell just 5$) so customers need lot more than price. You just see the competition and Crack It !

Ask fiverr, just do some searches see that is working for others, see how old their gigs and how many reviews they got (not every sale get review but every review represent a sale).
when you have a list of hot stuff, ask yourself if you can do that for yourself, for example backlinks building can be done with software, of course stuff that you can do for a minimal cost and someone is ready to buy that for $5 and more.

too much competition on there. that why im worried. that's why im looking for low competition idea. my target is earn $400 pr month

If you're going to go down the video testimonials/voice over route then you can actually clean up quite nicely with gig extras. Regardless of what option you choose you need to make sure the audio is also on point otherwise people will ask for a refund. As for the extras:
1) Record in 4K. Whilst everyone doesn't have a 4K video camera (and I wouldn't suggest that you go out and buy one solely for this option) having the option to record a video in 4K will be a drawing point. I'd recommend that you add this in as a gig extra and instead having the default recording resolution set to 1080p.
2) Have a word limit. There's not much point in charging $5 for 1,000 words. Trust me, people will jump on this rapidly but you're doing yourself out of money. You can then charge extra money for reading out longer statements. I'd say that a good word limit for $5 when you're starting off your gig is 150. You can then lower this word count as your gig becomes more popular. Just don't write in the URL how many words you'll have in the voice over. It'll look stupid later on when you change this.
3) Offer to proof read the content for them. You need to have a statement in your gig description that you will read the script they've sent you as verbatim. If they've made a mistake in it, then that's not your problem. Your job is to solely read out what they've requested. If it's the case that they're not fluent in English, then there's a chance that the script might be somewhat lacking and after you've recorded it they'd need to order another gig to rectify the mistakes they've made before. I'd only recommend that those with perfect English adds in the proof reading gig extra. Granted, if you're targeting a specific language then you should be proficient in this.
4) Super fast delivery. This should be a no brainer for a lot of gigs to be honest. If you know you can get through a lot gigs in a short TAT whilst maintaining a high standard across them all then offer the option to have it delivered to them sooner. Personally for my gigs I like to have the default time set to 7 days, but deliver give a 2 day super fast delivery option. This is great way to earn a bit of extra cash without an increase in effort. Don't be disheartened though when not everyone opts for this.

yes, but still you have to research fiverr for offers that has high demand (high volume of orders on seller's queue and/or many reviews that can hint to the total sales) and just a few sellers that offer that service.
it's not an easy task, but also finding gold is hard. good luck!
Does anyone really pay for layman skills?
I have never used that site, but I am quite skilled in photoshop and after effects and even web design etc. But I still doubt that anyone would personally pay for my skills.
Most people that pay money usually want elite level work. Meaning if you claim to understand web design then someone would expect you to create a website for them as complicated as facebook. Or if you say you have after effects skills then they expect you to create special effects akin to some proper movie etc.
I think if you have legit skills then you could consider making video tutorials and putting them on youtube.
