Think about it this way, there's an asian that is "10x better" than you and an asian 10x worse off than you.

"Whatever you do, there's always an asian better than you" - it literally happens all the time...no matter what I do, there's always a chinese guy making 10x more. Am I the only jealous?

We must have a different experience with asian people then. Most of the ones I meet are clueless and seem to have social problems and huge communication problems. Also unable to act and behave professionally. Unable to act creatively and beyond the commands. Unable to go a step further.

Asian people from my experience are really good at following commands and doing repetitive tasks. Also really good at copying things/imitating.

I'm not a fan of racial stereotypes, even the ones viewed as "positive".

All of the Asians I've known over the years have been like all of the other people I've met: some were morons, most were average, a few were genuinely smart; although there are some who were pseudo-intellectuals due to the "Asians are smart" stereotype, but pseudo-intellectualism can be found in every ethnic group. The way you and I have described the Asians we've met is also how the majority of people can be described.
