OP,
I highly recommend MojoHost, HostiServer (very good support) and Vultr (if you can manage the server yourself).
About monetizing your website with affiliate links, I'd go with this for start.
Get trailers or clips which are 5 minutes or 5+ minutes in length from the NATS. Add them to your website / blog / tube, etc. Add unique and relevant content to the post / video. Tag it nicely. Add 2-3 banners. If your starting out, with a brand new website / tube, don't even think of putting ads or popunders on your website. Think differently, how can I beat my competitors (in my selected niche) if my website is full of ads and popunders.
Make sure your website is responsive. As most people are on mobile in 2017, and their number on mobile smartphones will increase more in 2018.
If you have money to invest, I'd keep that money for a while (2-3 months) - see whats up with the organic traffic. After 2-3 months, I'd buy traffic from adultwebmasternet [dot] com (I am not affiliated with them in any way. I know their traffic is good, as I tested it on my sites).
Best of luck OP.
