why my youtube video views stop at about 300 ?

same thing happens to me... what i think it is is that youtube finds your video useless if no one rates or comments your videos.. so if you refer it to seo... every rating and comment counts as a link to your site.. site as being your video... So in a sense no links no free traffic.

YT does that to all videos that gain views quickly, if you havent gotten any fake views, then your view count should update in about a day.

Like TheInternetHustler said, ALL videos freeze at about 300, But if ALL your views are legit, it should only be stuck for about a day.
If you have "inflated views" you will have to wait for "real views" to catch up before it will begin counting again.
This is very well known.

When you upload it, for a certain amount of time its at the top of page 1 becuz its "Recently uploaded" but after a few hours it stops and gets put in its normal place, prbably a few pages down.
