Agressive following, not get banned

Hi I want to know how many follow you guys do per month? and unfollow?

3 month ago I was doing 1000 follows and 1000 unfollows per day until all my accounts get banned.

Now I have my accounts back and do the same, get banned again.

I want to know what are your recomendations?

Sending DM but with spintax can get me banned on twitter??

I dont knw abt mention. I hv neva tried it. But i do no once you start following you get ghosted. Nobody really found a solution to it.
