Tons of emails via aweber

I was looking though traffic sources and found a shady money making offer.

I put in my email and almost immediately I start getting a lot of email, from different names all with the same types of money making offers.

All of these are the same group, they all use the same header image in their email, but they come from different accounts. I get probably 10 emails a day from them.

How do they do this? Can you just open multiple aweber accounts and import your email list?

Aweber is sending because you are already registered the email for your benefit thus user can allow to send email from different offers as per instruction to Aweber but you can unsubscribe them too together.

does this mean filling out a single form and being on 5 or 6 lists?
