Depends the offers usually pay $1~$3 on cpagrip but less people convert , ogads cpi pays $0.30~$0.75 but converts more

Depends on your traffic. Both are free to sign up and generally accept everybody. Why not sign up & split your traffic there. After a few days you will know for sure what network pays more.

Try CPA and YouTube instead of IG.
