There are many options and I can't endorse any. Give AWM a look, it's good for starters, but to find good game-related offers you'll need to dig.
A few dollars a day, and by this I would understand around 2 or 3$ for 1000 unique visitors on a arcade website is not that low as you might think, especially when there is little to no work involved on maintaining it.
This being said, try to offer traffic to others in your same niche. Evaluate which arcade games are plaid the least and redirect the visitors to the advertisers. But again, in all seriousness, "a few dollars a day" from 700-1000 visitors is not low at all in the arcade gamming niche.
If I were you, I would stick with adsense if that works out and try and double the traffic so in theory the revenue will double also.

I guess you are right. I've been trying my best to increase my traffic but I can't get past 1000 visitors.
Any ideas on how I can bring in more traffic?
I tried reddit but now my domain is banned there.

You can try to post some viral contents on your website and share them through social media to drive traffic initially. This really works for gaming site as you can produce a lot of viral things.
Then monetize it with CPA offers to increase your earnings.

Viral contents? Like what? Can you give me some examples?
My site consists only of arcade flash games at the moment. Though, I could make custom pages with custom content. But I don't know what to put on these pages.
I'm not sure how would you CPA a arcade website. Most people who visit such establishments are either kids or people at work.
So I'm at work, trying to play something quick to get the load off, and WAIT, i have to complete an offer to play the game....
No, I will just go visit some other arcade website that doesn't have that.
I mean I could be wrong, but I put myself in the position of the visitor and I just can't see how it would work out.
Now maybe some Pay Per Install offer would sound more interesting. Something that would promise access to a plethora of new games with this little magicam setup.exe would entice alot of normal people who visit arcade games.
At least that's how I see things, I could be dead wrong though.
