I have been thinking of a way to make a stable passive income, however i do need help from people who already are into this field.

First of all Iam already only aiming to get 150-300$ per month. Here is what i did, iam spamming HitLeap on Virtual machines x20 Targeting (Adpays,Adsptp,Shorte,Pasted,Linkbucks) Spamming them with traffic then i will take money from them monthly.
(ANY one have advices related to that part or tips or so please share.)

Second i wanna start earning with Adsense, but i have no Web development or Designing skills nor money to start renting a website, any way to start earning with Adsense for free ? And After i have awebsite what should i should exactly, i have never tried to have a website so i don't know how to even add adsense to it and how to make hundreds of dollars with it.
I can work 5 Hours a day Except 2 Days a week i can work 10 Hours. Any advices or tips please ?

See www.google.com/blogger. You can make as many blogs as you want for free on Googles servers. It comes with adsense built in (you may still need to apply for it) and many free themes to chose from so you don't need any web dev/design skills. So long as you stay within their rules you won't get banned.
My 2 cents...you wont make anything substantial with "ad-cents" unless you're active on your blog for a couple of years. But nothing stops you from putting affiliate links on there. Migrating from blogger onto your own domain would be best.

What I've experienced about exchange traffic like hitleap... that you will get banned if you've been caught up I use that method just for testing with propellerads but they suspend my account after two weeks... so It's not 100% safe you can still use that, and withdraw as soon as possible until you get banned lol,.. for the web you can use blogger it's free and there's lots of videos how to apply adsense on it but first read adsense rules before you apply or you can use wordpress it's easy to use too good luck bro

Yes it is, the content might not be though. You have to read the rules for AdSense.

your first step is it free and how do i start i really need to earn few bucks to invest in my cpa to improve ,i have been doing really bad with free traffic
