The site looks like shit so the tool must be shit as well.

Also, it looks like the login site is different from the main site.

So it's definitely not "customer-friendly" and a tool is supposed to "ease" the users life not complicate it.

My verdict is "Don't look at that shit"

I tested some other tools from this guy, Luke Maguire I believe. Pretty simple tools, no advanced options. They'll probably give you more headaches than benefits.
