Be careful buying traffic, especially if it is really cheap. Cheap traffic is usually bots or PTC/traffic exchange traffic which doesn't convert. What is the traffic for? If it is for alexa then you can usually find suppliers, or are you looking for targeted traffic?

Depending on what purpose you need real people for will depend on what price you pay.
If the traffic isn't targetted then it won't convert.
