Legality of Rebilling?

Figured out a new niche where the customers would be highly likely to purchase the product without paying attention to closer details.

It'll be easy to charge them an upfront fee + enroll them on a periodic (weekly/monthly) subscription plan, even if I list the terms clearly.

Wondering the legality of doing this?

And do you think I should maximise the recurring fee, since they'll cancel eventually?

Why not try and sell something people actually want to pay for? That way you grow your business and get happy customers? I know this is BHW but tricking people into paying for something they don't need/want..

They do want to pay for it. But I can extract more, and I want to especially since this is in a slightly shady but legal niche - so this might not last forever. Credit Card and Mobile/Broadband companies do this also bro.
