Well if the PBN domains are not linked to each other then they're not a private blog NETWORK are they? They're just private blogs. What would the network part refer to?

I'm not sure why would it be a footprint. I'm not talking about a perfectly circular link wheel (pbn1 -> pbn2, pbn2 -> pbn3, pbn3 -> pbn1), but I mean linking from one site to another shouldn't harm that much. In real world, that happens a lot

This is not a link push as you mentioned in the title. It's a link pyramid and doesn't give as much SERP boost as you link your money site directly from the 3 PBN's.

It's not a good idea, as other members said it will leave footprints and also it leads to the penalty for your site.

I don`t necessarily agree with you.. You make a connection between all your websites and it doesn`t look like natural promotion, does it ?

I don't get the definition of PBN. To the best of my knowledge a private blog is a blog that is on one domain with wordpress running on it and some articles for example. That's a private blog. A private blog network is a network of such blogs, each blog on one domain. So 100 domains with each domain running wordpress is called a private blog network because it's a bunch of blogs not linked to each other but still a network ready to do OBLs to a moneysite.
So what does OP mean by one PBN ake private blog network linking to another one? Does he mean one private blog within the network linking to others?
We're not talking about PBNs linking to each other are we, we're talking about PBs linking to each other to make a linkwheel?

JUST THINK IT LIKE THIS. TO RANK ON GOOGLE SOME AUTHORITY SITES NEED TO LINK YOUR SITE ON THEIR SITES. BUT MOST WON'T DO AND SOME WILL ASK A LOT OF MONEY.. SO SOME SMART PEOPLE FIGURED OUT A GREAT IDEA. WHAT IF THEY OWN THOSE AUTHORITY SITES AND LINK ANY SITE YOU WANT. IN EYES OF GOOGLE THOSE SITES CALLED AS "PBN" SHOULD LOOK LIKE A NORMAL AUTHORITY SITE THAT JUST LINKED YOUR SITE BECAUSE THEY LIKE IT OR SOMETHING. IF YOU LINK EACH OTHER PBN'S THEY WILL KNOW AND BAN ALL YOUR SITE .

You are right, let me clarify, I meant private blogs linking to each other to increase juice power.
1. privateblog1.com -> moneysite.com
2. privateblog2.com -> moneysite.com
3. privateblog1.com -> privateblog2.com (doesn't necessarily have to link to #2 article or homepage, could link to random article on privateblog2.com that has no link in order to reduce footprintness)
