Need help and tips for chess niche

I'm a fan of Chess,
I want to buy a domain right now and start blogging using WordPress, but there is so many question on my mind which is holding me not to start doing it.
#1 Can i make money from this chess blog?
#2 SEO once i start this blog it will take me some months to get rank.. can you tell me can i get some any income once i have rank 1 or 2 keywords?
#3 im poor lol i cant afford to make mistake all i have is time. so please tell me if i can get some money from it or not. if not please tell me why

#1 - Yes ofc. You can monetise any kind of project so write about something you are passionate about.
#2 - depends on the search volumes and traffic you will generate.
#3 - Yes again but it's not going to be a quick moneymaker

2- write an ebook and sell it
3- put adsense ads
4- find chess teachers in you area and sell them your leads
5- start your own chess class for kids maybe and generate your clients from your project

for PPS you should check on Clickbank if they have books,amazon also.
For CPA- build your site, contact your AM and show him the site ask for his opinion.

Start with building your website first, do it right, white and valuable. "IF you'll build it- they will come"

you could also start a youtube channel and do tutorials for beginners, show strategies etc.
There is a website called " Google " if you type in " chess affiliate programs " you'll get About 399,000 results (0.44 seconds)

The simplest form of making money online would be to place PPC ads like Adsense onto your blog, and every click would pay you some money. If you are able to target USA traffic, that will be premium traffic and commands the highest pay for every click generated.

btw when you mentioned blogging chess24.com is doing a great job last few years when it comes to content creating, broadcasting live events & commentary etc.. They are really killing it in terms of traffic too, so they can be used as a nice source of inspiration for you OP (and for me too ;d).

A lot of people automatically believe that their niche is a dead end.

This really is too bad because if you are an expert or an authority in your niche, you don't need to sign up for an affiliate program for your niche.

Even if your niche gets relatively a low level of traffic, you can still make money from it.

How?

Sell your own products through your own mailing list.

There are two elements here.

You have to sell your own products, and you have to sell them through a mailing list.

By setting up freebies on your site so people can get a freebie in exchange for joining your mailing list, you end up creating a loyal base around your content.

You can then control the product that you sell to these people.

Why is this a big deal?

Well, you can set up a system where you don't only sell once to people on your list.

You can sell them many different times.

As long as you don't lose their trust by trying to sell garbage, you can actually make quite a bit of money even though your list is fairly small.

And the best part?

You don't need ridiculous amounts of traffic to pull this off.
