What would you ask for this? blackfriday4k.com - it's a amazon associates site. I haven't put a lot of stock into it. Custom design though.
I just don't know where to start it for a reserve and BIN price. There's not much to it but someone could make use of it I'm sure.
Any suggestions would be awesome! thank you!
My description so far :
What is included in the sale?
Domain (directnic), site contents, any and all images, basic plugins to keep the site going.
What is required to keep the business operational?
Time. Put some time into unique content asap to get it ranking before Black Friday 2017. Also going to need to update your Amazon who whomever you use to list the tv sets.
Why are you selling the business?
I build 'niche' sites for folks. I have numerous sites of my own and usually offload the ones I have handmade (like this) to others when I have to many already.
How does the business generate revenue?
Easily can generate Adsense rev, Amazon Associates rev and more
Are there any expenses for the business? If so, what are they?

What marketing initiatives have been used for this business?
none as of yet. it's fresh.
How can the future owner improve the business?
unique content to favor seo, social accounts asap, Facebook and Google ads to push buyers to the site.
Are you going to take the money and run?
Absoloutley not. I will help you setup and migrate. Also share all ideas I have with you to push the site forward. I'm not looking to make a quick buck I'm looking to make new friends in the community. I want to see my design shine and you as well! I'll be there for questions and help and it's included in the final price.
Do you do other site niches?
Yep. I can design just about anything you desire and my rates are "cut throat" cheap. I like money but believe it or not a I like designing and coding more. So yes I can help you with any. I plan on releasing about 3 more sites on Flippa and than that's it. My sites are created with passion and I don't want to flood the market with the same design over and over with just different niche like a lot of other sellers. Sorry others but it's true...
