I am not sure exactly what you mean by "list position"? You can sort the list by each column by clicking the title.

You can easily create your own custom presets and name them. Please see the introduction video. Here is the sort version:

1: Select some sites
2: Set filter for selected to "Yes"
3: Save a custom preset
4: Now you can load this preset when you want to

is there anyway that we attach article forge api/ or some other article software to it so that it constantly pulls out content from article forge and posts it to web 2.0s?

I have a list of expired tumblrs and i'd love to register them and post on them automatically.

I do have some questions ;

For registration :

For posting :

Cookies, IP and the selected Autofill Magic profile is set for the entire browser and not per tab, so the scenario you are looking for is not possible. This is not a limitation in Autofill Magic. This is just the way all browsers work. It is just like you can't be logged in to several accounts at the same time at the same site in the same browser.
