What software do you use to create attracting gif banners

Photoshop is great - but costs a fortune per annum to sub to if your a newb and looking to get low cost results. Bannersnack is pretty good and there are others. You can create 10 banners free with Bannersnack but have to pay if you want more.

if you are a decent designer i would recommend:
- ezgif.com (online gif maker, much nice functions)
- pixlr.com/editor/ (online photoshop, not perfect but good enough web based editor)

Hi Guys, I´m making Gifs with Bannersnack. But I´m having this trouble: I´m creating my Gifs with a previous gif image donwloaded from Sex.com. I edit them and then i save the full process. When i want to export the gif, I can´t make it smaller than 300 kb which is the requested gif size by Traffic Junky.
If I reach 300 kb, the image seems like slow motion. Can you help me please?

The original gifs are between 720 and 1800 kb. How can I make them smaller and reach my requested 300kb without slow motion image?

if you are a decent designer i would recommend:
- ezgif.com (online gif maker, much nice functions)
- pixlr.com/editor/ (online photoshop, not perfect but good enough web based editor)

If you are a decent designer, you would probably use offline software not those cheap scripts you have online ... GIMP is free which is kind of a stripped down version of Photoshop.
