I Look For WordPress Theme For AdSense With Good CTR

As I said in topic I look for Wordpress theme (decently looking, not amateurish) with good CTR. The thema of my site is news portal.

And I have got other question now. If in first setup od this WordPress theme the CTR will be for example only 0,5% then is it the possibility to change Ads areas and increase my CTR for example into 2-3% or just it is impossible and then I will have to buy other WordPress theme. I don't want to spend my money in order to test other paid WP themes and I would like to know if from weak WP theme thanks Ads areas changing can I increase my CTR.

Unfortunately I couldn't able to see the demo from their url for Lokal. Its giving fatal error. Hope it is workinf perfectly in your server.
