Issues with updating Followliker

Hey guys.

Disclaimer: I suck with computers.

Anybody facing difficulties with updating the FL client?
My automation stopped running and told me I had to update.
So I removed the software, downloaded the latest version, but keep running into the same problem.

There's a function called "check for updates" but whenever I do that, a popup balloon in the task bar tells me it is downloading a new version. Without any hint of status. After this, nothing happens.

I removed the software once more, downloaded the latest version once more, but I still have to update.
I'm running 9.6.4 and it keeps telling me I have to update to 9.6.4.

FL takes ages to reply to my ticket.

Anybody an idea what's going on?

Is this your first time updating? Usually you just click check for update, let it update. When it's done updating it will alert you, maybe you aren't waiting long enough?

It's the first time updating. I left the pc/update on overnight, but nothing had seemed to happened.
So I removed it completely and downloaded + installed the latest version again.
Same thing happens.

I think you can only update with an active monthly subscription

lol all I see are threads about problems with FollowLiker now. Seems like they said they would have everyone's back who paid for lifetime access but that does not seem to be the case. I would never go back to a company that tried to pull such shady shit like they did. I highly doubt that those users are high on their priorities list. Good luck to anyone still using it!

I am taking about growing instagram accounts. without the need for bot software, one can use automation after you have a clear strategy in mind. one that works.

Click check for updates, wait for the xy MB / xy MB downloading bubble to show in the little icon in bottom right of your computer. Wait for it to finish, then close followliker and reopen it. Your version will be updated.

If that xy MB / xy MB downloading bubble does not show up, the update won't go through. So, close followliker. Restart your computer or VPS, and do the above process. It'll work then.

Problem solved. I think it was an issue with antivirus software attempting to block the download or something. Still not sure but it works again!
