Hi there , im going to host my first website with bluehost prime package for 3 years for 200$ . Its prime package includes a 200$ Google adword , is that enough , and how well can i do with 200$ google adword in Seo

Adwords isn't SEO, it's PPC. You create ads, add keywords, and let Adwords fire away. Research Adwords... but be careful, it can spend fast.

How can i build a very simple website (ex porn site), where i can ask for email adress subscriptions , when will email adresses stored to my webpage ?

That I'm not sure of. I'd assume wordpress templates exist but I'm not an active template user. I'd say that question warrants a new thread and somebody may know. Also check the search bar on BHW, it is great for finding threads on any subject.

Use wordpress or get someone to do it for you, PS you cant use adwords with a porn website, you will get banned, if you want to, you will need to look in cloaking
