Hi people , i'm just started to test the method of unfo/foll , and i want to follow max 500 - 600 per day , i want a method to do it not manually . and some other advices that can help me because as i said i just started the IG business .

Not sure what you are asking for... Looks like you already know your method: You'll follow and unfollow manually...

The numbers you mentioned are OK, they're within IG's limits (500-600 follows and unfollows per day), but try to spread it throughout the day - don't follow or unfollow 600 users at once, you might get blocked or even worse, banned.

Anyway, doing this manually will take a lot of your time...

For starters if you don't want to invest, GMT2 is good. It has similar functions to paid alternatives.
