3rd step is the most important - traffic sources, promotional methods, .. The first question is to answer to yourself - would you approve your own account? W/o knowing what you wrote there, it is near to impossible to help you.

if you find yourself getting too stomped they have a page here on BHW. The biggest thing is they don't want people that are just starting out as neither party benefits. At least have an idea of the direction you're going and as long as it shows promise for scale people get accepted.

By the way, I signed up, too, yesterday. 12h (max) notice (approved/rejected) - missing. Lesson learned - don't make promises (their website) if you can't keep them. The same will be with payments?

Right after you fill the application form. Clearly says that it shouldn't take more than 12h.
