How to solve index problem of website in search engine?

If your website is not indexing is google then first thing to see is if your website has any manual penalty for this you need to register at webmaster and then check for it.
If its clean then there are few things you need to look into
1) Submit Sitemap to google webmaster
2) Check if robots.txt is blocking bots to view your pages
3) Try to build more presence on other website
4) Try using fetch as google in webmaster forum
5) Build some backlinks
6) Submit your link to google https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url

The above advice is good. Getting indexed should be really easy, it should be the easiest part of the whole process of building and ranking a site.
Google wants to index sites that is pretty much the whole purpose of the Google bots so if your site is not getting indexed that usually means there is a problem.
