Youtube seo and ranking

Hello,

My videos are not ranking at all and I tried the unlisted method. I have a music page and trying to build audience but my videos never show on the pages. I think I am doing the seo wrong. I wouldnt mind paying for the help I just want my page to get more views and subscribers.

I read on this forum that you should do 50% of the fake views unlisted and rest on public... This should work for a start
