How many downloads Do I need to boost new App ?

Hello !

I am launching new android game app in few days. I already got ASO description and localization for major 6 languages.

I have around $600 to advertise. How many downloads should I send in beginning to give boost to the app?

I think its better to name your app with some targeted keyword to get some initial organic traction. Brand name app can be difficult to discover

This article makes the whole process sound dismal. It doesn't take into account other methods of advertising you can use. The goal of the OP's project is to make money? Surely he can do that despite all this article downplaying Mobile App development (still a booming industry)

I'd recommend to start keyword promotion. Choose a low traffic keyword to start, after your first campaign you will be ranked for more competitive keywords. You should start with 100-200 keyword installs per day (much depends on keyword organic traffic) and then see the result, and adjust your daily quantity.
