Hi guys,

I have an amazon affiliate website its 4-5 mo old and makes around $50-100/ mo and around 20K words of original content.

One of the KW's is ranking #1 on google and thats the main source of revenue.

It isnt very high but I see websites going on flippa for 20X their revenue lol thought it jump in on it ^_^

For those of you who flip websites, what do you think a site like that would sell for ?

Thanks !

Prepare your mind for X6 /X8 , :)

Yea ... Flippa is great - GL mate

Thanks bro, another quick question, when flipping a site like this how many months of revenue do you think I should show in order to get 8X ?
The site has been making 50-100 / mo consistently for the last 2 months do I need to wait a few more months or can I list it now and get it ? what do you think?

The downside of your website is that the traffic relies on SEO. It can drop tomorrow so buyer has risks of losing potentially all the revenue. I would not expect to get 10-20 x monthly revenue.

You could always list it so far it's making momey it's making sense .List the months you started earning and you should be good

Flippa.com these taking alot of fees charges from Sellers..
15% success fees.
That's huge pal.
but Flippa will give you response for your website.

Multiples vary wildly - flippa is indeed low but it's probably the only place you can shift a site that's only making $100 a month. Once you can show earnings in the mid x000s over a longer period - say 6-9 months min - you can get multiples of 25-30x monthly profit

I tried flippa before but I didn't like it tbh but I know there are much more of these

yes, very possible to make sold your website for 20x+ of your revenue, if you have other option, you can you to sell your site on EmpireFlippers

Thanks for the replies guys, I dont like flippa at all but iv decided to keep the site a little more and keep improving it, once itll get to 800-1000 a month ill try to hit a big bang with the dividend :D and sell it for 20k or so...

Im in the same boat brother. I have a beautiful site I made over the past week for dog niche and I have it on flippa now but honestly this is the lady time I'm wasting money on a starter for flippa. It's 19 bucks and you don't get shit as far as promotion. I see guys selling sites that are ugly and not user friendly on there for 1500 but they buy the "premium" listing for 290 so after that and fees they make out because it's the same shit design everyone is using.

Mean while me a professional development and designer tries to compete with something awesome and gets nothing. I'm not giving you 300 bucks to promote me. I just gave you 20 that's more than enough to mention it on your twitter....

I have had success in the past with them but now its so over bloated and mainstream that there's no real serious buyers just stay at home moms and Tony Robbins wannabes.

Sorry I rant. Sit on it bro.

Aight guess we'll sit on it bro... what do empire flippers charge? I think they wanted me to wait till the site makes $200 / mo or someting and then list it on their site for $2K, because they dont deal with anything less than $2k...

BTW I think flippa can be great if you are trying to sell a shitty /new site...there are a ton of noobs overthere that you can sell a "business in a box" type of site to. like "SEO SERVICES WEBSITE" or crap like that and tell them its a business, now all they gotta do is find customers . lol.

Selling on flippa can give you anything from 3x to 30x. If the right buyer show up at the right time, you can get paid very well. However, on average i would expect to get from 3x to 6x.

Sounds like you have a very good site to sell, so im sure you will get alot of interest. Good luck!

I know this is late but why don't you contact all of the websites in the top 20 that you are beating with your #1 keyword. Tell them to google the keyword phrase and the proof is right there. Easy sale

If you still have the site, get in touch with me. I may be interested, depending on the niche.

You can't sell this new site at x20. Prepare income reports and everything yu want to show. Add them all to flippa post.
