Crosspost from Twitter to Google+

Friends, tell me services that allow you to implement crosposting from your Twitter account to Google +. Preferably free.

ifttt does not fit, and I knew about it.
Perhaps someone knows a different solution?

I guess it was more like the update frequency or the content of the updates (e.g. urls) than because of IFTTT itself.
I have IFTTT hooked with multiple Google/Gmail accounts and never had an issue. Although i wasn't trying to post on Google+, but from the looks of it in itself Google doesn't have an issue with IFTTT.

I do not use links in posts and do not abuse the posting frequency
