I have been using FlexOffers. The reason I use them they have a two tier affiliate program. They call it FlexRev Share. If you recruit sub affiliates you share in a percentage of revenue from their sales. Your percentage goes up the more revenue you create over a 90 day term. Right now I have 7 sub affiliates.

Non of them will accept. They always look for track record. CPA business has changed rules now.
