Dude, just look at the stats. The account owner buys followers.
So, if he/she buys followers, they also buy views, they also buy comments.

Don't worry about fake accounts. Do you!

Come on guys, users can buy crappy followers, real looking followers, USA followers, Turkey followers. Same for likes.
And by the way, those "real looking comments"? Those can be bought too. You can even make up what the comments are going to be about.
Put up an ugly looking kitty on your feed, then buy and create comments that say "hey, nice kitty", or "OMG that is one ugly looking kitty", or "Can I pet your pussy?"
The comments will look real and relevant to the post.

Take a closer look at the likes and comments. Most are "private" and many are Arab speaking. Yeah, right!
That guy being mentioned above is as fake as Kim K's arse.

Buying followers/likes/comments. Also reuploading over a dozen already viral videos per day. I say that's about the fastest way to "grow" on Instagram.

Taking a quick look at the comments and the users behind them, it all seems natural. It's definitely the result of his posts going viral. How he's doing it, I don't know, but that's the reason behind the 'growth'.
