I user it and it gave few views. I didn't need to much. Just a 100 views first and it worked that's all I needed. I guess they would stick at 301+ but didn't reach there.

Long time hitleap premium member here, No, i've tried numerous times testing more than 100k views, all get blocked, Now i am trying the playlist method (Add the video you want to promote on a playlist from a different channel than the one you uploaded the video) and then promote the playlist link instead of the youtube link, hope it works though

I've been a member on hitleap for many years, premium for the last 2-3 maybe

I haven't tried that big amount of views so i can't answer your question, I tried 2k views and got it in 10 days (USA views)
they have 18-20k daily users so maybe you can get 5-10k views a day.
