Hi hats,

I finished one of my projects, I have development skills and I developed it totally by myself.

It's a totally free service that can help people, totally non-commercial for now. It looks like a forum. I need a starter-community. I just have a few members for now, but I need more of them if I want this boat to keep going. It targets ONLY french people.

For now, I'm buying google and facebook ads for maximum 3 euros / day each, so it's clearly not enough to touch a lot of people in this subject.

I made a few conversions but I need really more, I'm searching and searching for a way to make a huge traffic on it.

I even contacted a famous youtuber in France, because he makes videos in the same subject of my service, and I really believe that my service can help some people, so I sent him a msg on facebook to tell him that I created a service in the same subject and that it can help some of his subscribers and if he wanted just to take a look at it, but he just read my message and didn't reply...

At the same time, I'm trying to posts on concurrents' forums, but still it doesn't touch a lot of people.

Do you have some good ideas ? I can invest a bit of money if needed. I need a huge french traffic to have members and to make my service works because it's the members who would make my service usefull.

Thanks,

For fast and huge traffic, go for reddit.

I know users there are mostly USA, but there has to be some from France too.

You'll have to be smart there. The problem is, if you try to post as marketer, you'll be reported in minutes.

I would suggest you to post in entrepreneur subreddit, be honest, tell them what you're doing and ask them to review your site/service.

You'll also need to buy some upvotes in order to post to stick at the top or hot category.

Thanks for your advice bro, I'm from the Balkans too.

I'm doing pretty much the same for my projects but in a french very active forum and I have old accounts so it looks fine when I post there.

But it's not a very serious community, so my service isn't really for them, and about reddit I don't think I can target only french people in there.

And my service could look like a concurrence for reddit, they wouldn't appreciate it at all.

Why don't you just spend more on FB ads? That way you'll get more traffic and fast.

I'm thinking about it but currently with my strategy it costs me about 1 euro for totally 1 conversion/4 clicks/100 views (prices are very high for ads into french population).

So it costs really a lot, it would take me 100 euros for 100 conversions. And if only 20 members of these 100 conversions become active members, I think it's a lot when I'm earning nothing atm from it.

It's called an investment, true... But I don't have a lot of money and if I go on this way I don't have the right of the error.

So I'm looking if some of you would have better ideas.

How much are you exactly earning per conversion?

How much are you exactly earning per conversion?

I earn exactly nothing bro, my service is totally free, that's the point haha.

One conversion = Just one registration on my service which is like a forum.

I just need more people on this service which is free and will stay free.

If i get more people, it will start working well, because it's a service which works by its community.

Maybe try Adwords and when you do FB also do IG ad campaign!

Well that's called a lead not a conversion.

It might be easier to become the authority and use social media and what not as a balance to make your website grow for saving costs. Many visitors will come from social media if you are active, and participating naturally - costing nothing except your time. This also can be outsourced very cheaply.

Maybe visit some forums and spread the word, venture off into buying ads or have webmasters send an email that you create to their users on related websites letting them know about your site.. It isn't as expensive as you would think. But a little more of a hassle than simply buying ads from google and fb

There are people selling traffic on Fiverr, but ofcourse thats not what you really want.
Promoting on Reddit can give you a surge if you pick the correct subreddit

the online world today is owned by a few big corporations

no such thing as huge and free anymore

Cheers and best of luck to you ami

Use more number of ad in social media networks.

Use Good Outreach blog post

Use SMM tool

Ermmm no, infact that is a conversion... he wants them to sign up for, once they have done that... they've "converted", get it?

If you still don't believe me? Think about facebook at the beginning, do you convert then when you sign up as a member? Or do the only people who convert post advertisement on their site? I think you'll find it is the first bud.
