Question regarding shippings on ebay

Hi
If I purchase from someone a product and I change my shipping address for this particular order - Will it change on paypal for this particular order as well?
If not - How can I do this?

If you purchase an item on ebay, it will be sent to your paypal address. If you want it sent to a different address you will need to change the address on your paypal. There is no way around it, you can send the seller a message with the address you want sent to but they do not have to listen. The address listed on your paypal is the only one they are obligated to send to.

Not true! I have purchased items on ebay and changed the name and mailing address in order to send the item to my daughter. The transaction went through just fine and the item was shipped to my daughters address and in her name. Also my brother has actually dropshipped items he was selling from one seller on ebay to his buyer when he ran out of stock.
The only problem I could see is if the seller prints labels through paypal or strictly uses the paypal info for shipping. As a seller myself I print labels through Ebay and the address provided is the one I ship to.
I am in the U.S. so am not sure if that makes a difference.
