So I came across few fiverr gigs selling like 10-20 web 2.0 PBN links for $5.
These are basically links from existing/aged blogspot, wordpress, and tumblr blogs.

I was wondering whether google deals with such pbns the same way as it deals with domain based pbns ? These pbns have outbound links to all kinds of websites including health, insurance, automobiles etc.

Don't these pbns trigger the same kind of algorithmic flags like the usual abused domain based pbns ? I was surprised to see that most of them are quite old and are actually indexed very well.

i never had my webs banned from google as far as I know. but they usually dont reach first page for that kw

Yes you can get penalty or rank drop if web 2.0s that you use for links are trash.. remember with link building if u stick to quality you wont have problems (nicely designed web 2.0s like real blog, multiple pages and more content unique, well written. Recently friend show me a site he ranked with only 16 web 2.0s links in 4-5 months for over 440 keywords (ofcourse low competition is important) but when i seen his web 2.0 i was very very impressed. And you probably wont find anything good to buy on fiverr..

Sounds pretty interesting. Your friend was using tier 2 aswell , for the web 2.0?

Ontopic: As I know while you're building web 2.0 as normal blogs, you should be fine.

id never spend precious content on a 3rd party blog hosting where moderator that had bad day or doesnt like russians can ban you with one click

Not normally - but WEB 2.0 platforams are not born equal. Google know and understand that some WEB 2 like Wordpress, Blogger etc are very good at policing their own spam so if your WEB2 network is made of high quality well respected platforms you stand a better chance of survival.
For example Wordpress delete more than 250,000 blogs from their network every month mostly for spam. Blogger is even stricter but doesn't tell us how many they delete.

Decent content around your WEB 2.0 links also helps, particularly if it seems relevant.
All the stuff about bios, images and other stuff that makes a WEB2.0 PBN look more natural is more of a signal for the WEB 2.0 owner than for Google.

That's some really good information to know.

Never had an issue using self generated web2.0. And like that Scritty said, Google knows which web2.0 platform is well regulated, and they may even place more mojo on those sites instead. But if those web2.0 that contains a hundred of other links inside, then perhaps those are scheduled for flagging your site :D

OP,

There's very little in the way of things on Fiverr that's good for seo, except pointing links to your Tier 2 stuff.

If you're looking for decent Web 2.0s then there's a few sellers here on the marketplace.

I am buying social signals on fiverr to point to my tier 1 stuff and gsa blasts to point to my tier 2 stuff.
So far I have found few gigs that seem to work.

I am definitely not looking for quality on fiverr. I am very well aware of that.
But I wonder if i can find stuff that cheap here on bhw or anywhere else.

I am looking for supercheap gsa ser blasts and social signals, point me where you think right ...

Sometimes for T1, except that content they use for links is of bad quality.

Wordpress is pretty difficult, but most sites with drag/drop site builders are decent. As it is dificult to post there automatically.

These are basically

.. garbage and trash with obl and crazy SEOmateur doing GSA SER spam to "tier da juize up".

buy some expired ones your self and make your own properties.

i am really looking to outsource TIER 2 stuff. making all tiers myself seems a lot of work.

Choose your platforms with care and have full control over your properties and you would be fine. If you outsource them, make sure they aren't abused.
