Weird SERP of Facedominator

In Google I was searching something about Facedominator features, and I found this

After clicking on some results I am redirected on this page

You can try search in Google "facedominator books" or similiar and
you will get lots of results.
I don´t understnad what it means.If someone of you know more I would be thankful.

Server admin is looking into it at the moment, looks like a hacker injected some script and got it indexed in google.

Looks like the site git hit with PhP injection that altered the meta descriptions and added a link to all/most pages pointing to and referring to Facedominator

Yeah it was a rogue wp-plugin.
