How do you guys grow new facebook pages now a days when you don't have a big page already, some will say groups but the growth is slow in groups i get like 30 likes to 60 per day from sharing in 25 groups .

Post viral videos and then invite them, since you're doing groups i imagine you have multiple accounts, so you can do about 100 like invites per page admin.

My page is at 6.8k all from groups but the grow is slow it will take me years to get to a number which will allow me to make money

you don't aim for likes.. aim for your post to get viral.. when it goes viral (even videos) everything else will follow.

Spam it to all groups with saturated videos/trending and shazam youll get thousands of likes

Contact a bigger facebook page related to the market you want. Pay them to cross share your stuff and you will get REAL likes like crazy!

Post viral videos, boost them for couple of $ and carefully choose your audience. Invite users who reacted to post to like your page.

Share posts to groups, do the same - invite users to like page.

Comment on posts of other pages as your page, try to post first comment, but don't be too aggressive. Just 4-5 comments per day.
