Is Magic Submitter still working in 2017?

Looking for a good SEO tool and I am looking at Magic Submitter which looks nice

RankerX and GSA are the best but always for second tier.

With the right settings and content RankerX and GSA are capable of promoting even a money site.
I wouldn't do it unless it was churn and burn, and certainly not direct to a good site with great existing authority - but if you know the tools well enough and have access to brilliant content then it can be done.
Otherwise -a s the guys above say content to surround your links and give them a lot more power and links themselves are what GSA and RankerX do best.

And lets face it you need a lot more links and content the more tiers you add - it grows exponentially so these tools are invaluable however you cut it,

if it is free, it is not that good.

Isn't Magic Submitter does the same with RankerX and GSA? So what will be the difference?

I am not finding good success with Magic Submitter. They may update, but the update takes quite a while to happen. If GSA, and if you are able to get a good link list, that should be a big bonus when building links. SEREngines V2 looks promising on GSA though, but these are additional cost to purchase.
