I have 80 blogs with the same genre and I need to grow organic traffic. Will it be a good idea to make backlinks all to each other?
And maybe some other advice.

Should be fine, if you can hide footprints that you own all of them.

I agree with above comment. Make sure to get hosting that gives all the sites unique C class IP.

Yes, backlinks are much important, yet give a try with (organic) promotions of the blogs for even more good traffic.

Get backlinks from your niche relevant from high authority blogs.
Increase your traffic from Outreach blogs because it will be more effective.
Social networks would be much important to increase your traffic.

I'm presuming you're meaning to mix these up and not just backlink all 80 to every one of the other 79 sites ?

Yes, as Kiaz said use separate C block IP's and don't link all of them to all of them. Also its important to do it over time, 2-3 links a day so it looks organic. If you don't do it correctly they will just sandbox all of your sites.

You mean 2-3 links for each blog per day?

If you want to give backlinks your 80 blog network, be sure that they have different IP Address. If they are on the same hosting and IPs, that is big red flag, dont do it
