Does anyone knows how to open vietcom bank in VN? I need an account to do trade in Vietnam Dong (VND).

Specifically, I need Vietcom bank. I'm from Cambodia.
Any clue is appreciated!

Thanks! I just some information. I won't pay anyone for any service. I simply can drive/fly to VN and open account there. I just wanna make sure I have all the documents and information before I go there. I don't wanna go there and come back because forget this and that.

Why can't you just chat up a representative or CC of any bank there ? I believe that would come handy.

The best way to get this information is to call 2 or more Vietcom banks that are actually located in Vietnam. Call a bank in what ever city you want to open the account in. Maybe one just over the border to make your trip shorter. That way you actually know what is needed because you spoke with the bank you are going to open an account with.
