Instagram issue "the captcha solution was not correct. please try again"

Hey there,

I never had problems while solving captchas on instagram but since today I have some accounts that can't get past captcha. I tried with a bot and manually and even writting the correct text in the captcha I get the error "the captcha solution was not correct. please try again".

Anyone knows how to solve this? Is this a temporary bug?

No one else has the same problem? I realized it is happening in only a few accounts I have. I had others asking to complete captcha today and everything went smooth.

They have phone verified accounts. They don't have any difference from the other accounts I have...

fixed it. Apparently captcha services on browser dont work. try logging into the account on a mobile device. i got it verfied there

I'll try it later today on the mobile app. I tried on the browser and it didn't work.

Yeah. It wasn't working on browser for me either. But I switched to mobile and it worked like a charm

You were right, worked for me as well on the mobile app. Now I need to figure out why it works on mobile and not in the browser so I can fix my bot. Thanks!

I think it's ig sided and it'll be fixed soon.

What's weird is that I kept getting that error on the mobile app (eventhough I was entering them correctly) and then I did it on FL and it went through.
But now my account is temp banned from doing anything. Anybody elses?

This is my newest account, just a couple weeks old.

If it its temporary blocked, then all you can do is to wait for the block to end.

I then tried again with the wondows 10 app. And my account was unlocked. hope it helps someone.

I was also having a lot of problems with mobile verification, sometimes asking me twice for the SMS code, what system do you use for SMS verification?

After all I fixed the problem this way:

1. Use only you mobile data without VPN or without WIFI.
2. Login and write captcha.
3. Verify your email.

I think the main problem is that you haven't verified your email.
