adds did not working on new videos

on my recent videos add breaks did not working, adds appearing only after 3-4 days when video did not have views anymore, before that i can see only one add break in the beginning of video, all my videos are longer than 10 minutes and this problem started about 1 week ago, because of that my revenue dropped dramatically, anyone have this problem and can someone tell me what i can do to resolve this problem?

monetization icon is fully green and my channel did not have any strikes or problems

For example I'm building a site now I know sucks most the year, but from Dec to March that particular area has a big spike. Yours will jump off on the school breaks.

Go to your video manager and check your videos don't have a dollar sign with a yellow circle instead of a green circle. If it has a yellow circle you can click "request review"
