If you were to Amazon affiliate and through these affiliates links or similiar ones linked in, I believe it could work well for you. Because those people are already willing to engage a questionnaire.
But the best part about Amazon Affiliate links is the fact that if a site visitor clicks on your link goes to Amazon but decided to browse other items. Let's say they see a DSLR camera they really like for $4K. For the sake of the example, let's say they decide to pull the trigger, and they get the 4thou dollar camera. Because they linked to Amazon through your link, you get the 17 percent commision on the $4,000 sale!

If they go through you and buy anything on Amazon you get paid

I've never heard that before, but if that's the truth then yeah OP definitely start geo tracking.
