without becoming vip if I do my blog link as home page link
1) will it help in SEO?
2) how it will help in visitors?

OP,

You need to upgrade to have a signature on here. Once you do that, you can have your own banner for whatever ( within reason ) there's a guy with a sports betting affiliate banner on here, as an example.

Well...
  1. You can't use it to circumvent the marketplace (in other words, no landing pages)
  2. You can't have affiliate links on the page you link to.
  3. You can't link to malware.
  4. You can't link directly to an affiliate link.
  5. No illegal weird crap sites like those that carter to zoophiles.
Basically, no circumventing the rules and no illegal content. As long as you don't do that, you should be fine.

Affiliate links are permitted only in the "Affiliate Programs" section of the forum, or in your signature. Affiliate links include links to your websites or blogs which redirect to an affiliate link. If you wish to let people know about a new website or program, create ONE thread in the Affiliate Programs forum and provide detailed information about the program, and include two links: one affiliate link and one non-affiliate link. You MUST give others the choice to sign up through your link. Also, do not try to circumvent the Terms by posting about an affiliate program, and requesting others to "PM" you for additional information. Such conduct is no different than affiliate link spam. I guess one of her questions is if the link that she puts as her signature(provided that she upgraded her membership) a do follow link that will boost her site's trust ranking. :)
 
good point I did not even think about that. usually forum links have an extremely low value in SEO, so to reply 1/ extremely minimal.

I does not matter if you link to your homepage or any page. This is not something important to worry about.

Most people will only read the title before responding, so I changed the title of your thread as well as the OP to prevent people from talking about signature links.

Regardless, what I said above was about homepage links, not signature links, so it's still relevant. Keep it in mind before you link to your site.
