Problem is when you run IG PPE Ads, the user can't actually click your profile from the ad and go to it .. they'd have to manually search you up after seeing the ad if that makes sense.

Im pretty sure they work just like a regular post just have *sponsored* written on them

Thats not true. When you create an ad, you can choose to use your FB page as user, or your actual instagram account (You have to link it in your FB page settings).
IF you use an Instagram account, users can click on profile. And also, you can smply add @yourusername in the ad description, and will be clickable as well.

I've tried but users can't click on profile. You can try it yourself by just surfing through IG and getting ads in your feed and see if you can directly click on the account which I wasn't able to when I tried about a month ago.

Perhaps the adding @xxx can be useful, but that's a lot of additional work for people

Thats because they didn't add instagram profile to their FB page settings.
I run a lot of ads and i can assure you username is clickable.

So you have to:
Add an instagram account from your FB page settings

Then create your Ad and select your FB page, and you will have the option to run the ad from the added IG account.

Profile will be clickable in ads because now it actually exist.

Hi I'm new here. I've been using FB ads to generate most of my sales on my stores. I had used instagress for a while until it was closed.
I basically stopped growing my followers on IG since the MP, Instagress ban.
Do you think its better off to invest $100 in FL and start growing my IG or should I run PPE ads?

Im going to do a $5 PPE ad campaign see what the results are like.
