Different methods of making money on Instagram

Hi,

I run a Football (soccer) channel on Instagram and I'm about to hit 20k followers today or tomorrow.

My goal is to reach 100k by the end of this year and it seems quite realistic since my growth the last 2 weeks have been around 700 on average per day.

I have very high engagement on my page and my posts goes viral every other day generating views of the hundred thousands (most viewed has got over 300k views).

What options of moneymaking do I have and how much followers would I need in order to start making serious money?

I have very big goals for my page and hopefully one day this hobby of mine will replace the full time job I currently have (not looking to earn a few hundred bucks but rather a solid income). In no way am I in hurry to start making money from my page since I have a full time job with a decent pay, just starting to gather information so I know where to start once I feel I have enough followers.

If anyone could give me some insight, links, recommend books or any material at all on how to make money on Instagram I would be super grateful.

You could consider going the affiliate route with Bet365 or such? I'm not involved in it but I recently considered it myself after reading an article on it.

Thanks for the tip, highly appreciated! Didn't even think about becoming an affiliate for betting sites even though I see other do affiliating for them almost everywhere.

It's more twitter based but I'd imagine IG could also be a similar opportunity. From my brief reading the affiliate market can be volatile based on the bookies but no doubt there is opportunity in there, especially with how your account is growing.

I tried to look in the Instagram section of this forum and also tried to use the search tool but couldn't really find any valuable information.

I have done a lot of research online but I would like to get deeper knowledge of the moneymaking aspect of Social Media (especially on Instagram since I'm not active on any other platforms).

Kind of looking for anyone to share their experiences also or just point me in the right direction.

My Instagram page you mean? I just post Football videos I know people like and then doing like4like and comment4comment with other Football pages. Nothing other than that

I think that your page got fake fans. I meant that they are not passionate in your niche because you did get like and comment through exchange method. If so that it is difficult to monetize on your niche

I understand your concern.

I did a lot of L4L and C4C with other football pages (some of which had 100-600k followers) for making my videos go viral. Only followers I have are the ones who have found my page either through explore page or hashtags, except some other football pages of course.
