I been running MP on an office 2012 VPS for the past few months but I recently just purchased a windows 10 VPS from the market place.

Anyone know the actual advantages for each one? On MP instructions I believe it says to use 2012.

4 Cores
8 GB Ram
200 SSD

Specs are pretty good for now.

To be honest, I find the Windows 10 platform to be a nuisance. It comes with so many update requests, gets unresponsive because it is quietly updating its app from behind, and these all contributed to all the downtime in using that particular OS. I am not finding any issues with 2012 platform, and no reboot, maintenance, etc, just that the 2012 platform, you can only use enterprise grade antivirus/internet security, and all normal antivirus don't install on 2012.

Makes sense. Should've considered that before transferring everything over. :(

So far WIN10 is working alright for me, but I can definitely see the background processes and updates being a huge annoyance. :( :(
I'll have to transfer again if it gets to my head.
