We want some advise on PPC for Marijuana and Cannabis.
as we are going to launch one website of Marijuana and Cannabis, Hemp oil etc..
so, how to promote and do Pay Per Click campaign for these kinda keywords.

Please Share your Ideas.

You can not cloak the ads in the ad network platform!
So, no matter what website you have...u still need safe ads headline(s).

@OP: try the shocking/clickbait abordation..."Real cannabis (drugs) effects", etc. In safe page you must say that the drugs are not good

@BigTroll well yeah, that's a given when you do cloaking isn't it? I mean you need to have a safe article to show any ad reviewer (bots, IPs) and the "unsafe" one is shown only to certain visitors - that's the whole idea behind cloaking?

Or else we can create replica of original website and do PPC on that website. if the website will get banned than original remain safe.

Basically yes. But you also need a safe legit headline for your ads, which can't be cloaked.
