BS. I see you got a warning on September 4, 2017 for posting a very similar thread. In that thread, you clearly stated that you intended to sell them, and I highly doubt much has changed.
Additionally, the old "I can help you" phrase has been used by countless spammers in the past in order to make it look like they're not selling anything. It doesn't work.
