install the app "Parallel Space"

It will give you a new device ID and then you should be able to login again.
 
Try changing everything of your account and after few hours add them back. Also try on different phones with same OS.

There's no need for a screenshot, when i try to login, i get a meesage that says "Sorry, there was a problem with your request" If I try to creat a new account, I get, "Your account has been disabled for violating our terms"

Have you tried disabling your account temporarily and wait 1 2 days and then activate it again. It should work.

If the above thing don't work then as you say it works fine on desktop right? Install a user-agent changing extension having mobile devices in it, now login your account on pc and after logging in successfully, change the user-agent to a mobile device (iphone 6 I will suggest) and if it works there it means account should be fine then.

I'm being told by others on other forums that won't work. Apparently I need to do a factory reset. What indon't know yet is if i can psync and restore my phone or not

For sure there will be an alternative. Search for something like "multiple accounts" if this doesn't work try to change your phone ID(don'T know how this works for iPhone sry)
 
The only solution that't working for me is erasing iPhone (erase all content and settings) and then set it up as a new iphone. If you back up from either iTunes or iCloud it won't work and you'll still be banned from instagram. You can use the same apple ID everytime but need to set iPhone as new. It's pain in the a** so I use my "real" account on my usual iphone and other accounts on an old iphone 6 because it's easy to quickly reset when I get banned

You can also use Bluestacks, it is an Android emulator for you Computer.
